How to prepare
The Practice Is Life-Changing
The practice gave me a way to center myself in my sensual life, in a way that I have never fully been able to do. I work as a psychotherapist — the work you are offering is an even more effective tool for healing and self-growth.
Just how profound, beautiful, and nourishing your classes were. You taught me to receive so much wisdom from my own body — it was just truly magic.
I have this energy, this strange motivating energy that I do not know what to do with. I love it though. Thank you so much for offering this.
